Roasted Brussel Sprouts
-brussel sprouts
-olive oil
-salt, pepper
-garlic, onion powder
Trim excess leaves from the sprouts, trim the ends, then cut in half. Toss with olive oil and spices. Place cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast at 375 F for approximately 30 mins- watch until they get crispy but not too overdone. Simple!
