Chocolate Cookies & Cream Peanut Butter

Hi there!

This is a recipe/idea inspired by all of those fancy-looking peanut butters in the stores these days, but they're so expensive! This, on the other hand, is quite cheap to make. Take the idea of what I did, but make it your own- different cookies, different chocolate chips, additional ingredients, etc. If I come up with other ideas that I feel like are different enough, I'll post them on here! Let's get a look at this delish fancied-up peanut butter (which takes only 5 minutes!).

Your really simple (and easily alterable) arsenal.

Stir together marshmallows/fluff and peanut butter.

Stir in the melted chocolate...

and then the crushed oreos.

And at the end, you get this bowl of delicious.

Chocolate Cookies & Cream Peanut Butter

-1/2 cup mini marshmallows, or 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff

-1 2/3 (approx.) cups peanut butter

-1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted

-8 oreos (or similar), crushed

Soften marshmallows in microwave (10-15 seconds), then stir in peanut butter, then melted chocolate chips, then oreos. (or just start with the marshmallow fluff)

Store in a tightly sealed mason jar, or other airtight container.

Eat it on whatever you want, or just by the spoonful, yum!

Store in an airtight jar/container, and enjoy whenever you want!!
